Printer Problems

The Printer may encounter multiple problems when something goes wrong with the drivers, toner cartridges, paper jams, etc.  Most times these issues are denoted by various error codes. Error 11 means that the printer is out of paper. No problem-just grab some of the paper that is designed for your printer model and refill the paper draw.

Error 12 is an indication that the cartridge is missing in the printer or that the printer is open at some point. Whenever there is a paper jam, you’d see the error code 13. In the event of the toner being low, the flashing error code is 16. Display of Error codes like 21 and 55 indicate a really complicated issue with the printers.
